 Majority of my business is repeat customers and referrals. What my customers like best about my service is I complete all work myself, I DO NOT send out employees that are not experienced and simply trying to make it threw a day. I could never find employees that would complete service to my standards. I have thousands of homes of experience under my belt and Im an annal perfectionist.  Companies with numeriuos crews complete what I call a "blow and go service", these crews have dozens of jobs to complete a day and have to move as fast as possible to get to next job.
